Scanacon's Continuous Acid Dosing (CADOS) systems interface with the finishing lines main distributed control system (DCS) to provide automatic continuous acid dosing based on production rate. CADOS may be interfaced with a Scanacon acid analyzer to provide precise control of acid concentrations, which acid addition based on production data (tonnage, surface area) alone cannot provide.
